A new sand transfer station in Wembley Alberta has leased GMTX 2201. I can't help but notice that there are four exhaust stack's bracketing the fan above the dynamic brake blister. I don't suppose anyone can shed some light on the heritage of this feature ?

  1. I’m not normally a fan of sky blue locomotives…. because of the lack of contrast with a blue sky..

But I like this and the execution is excellent. Nicely done.

  2. This is amazing.

  3. The 4 stack exhaust was usually a Missouri Pacific feature. This unit is ex Penn Central. It must have been re-built that way.
