A lashup like this today would quickly bring many trackside, but in 2006 these slipped through all the time as a regular occurrence. An unknown mid-morning CN 300-series westbound rolls through Bramalea GO Station with three SD40's in charge: CN SD40-2W 5248, Wisconsin Central SD40-2 6002 (ex-Algoma Central), and WC (ex-GCFX) SD40-3 6916. Not bad for a catch while waiting for the next GO train to Toronto. All three are off the roster today, victims of CN's late 2000's SD40 purge.
