A CP work train is viewed sitting in the village of Ayr, Ontario on the Galt Subdivision. I don’t have any information on why the train was set-off here, as it caught us by surprise at the time. Also, I believe this was the first and only time I ever photographed a CP Rail tank car.

    @sdfourty-Thanks for the comment and link. That’s neat they had different variations of company tank cars.

    Probably either a rail or tie gang. UN 1202 is diesel,if I recall, and would be used to keep track machines running.
