    This Budd Car RDC must to be rebuild for that Via Rail use it.

    That’s in interesting shot!

    Sylvain, actually this one was previously loaned to the National Research council in Ottawa, returned to VIA in 1981 but not put into service, and used for parts until sold for scrap in 1985.
