Looking at some streetview shots, I think this is actually northbound north of Woodbridge (just past CP Burbidge) about to cross the old bridge over Highway 27 – the 1938 build date and bridge abutments match.

FYI according to York Region, this old bridge over Highway 27 will be demolished over the weekend of June 26/27th 2021. There’s already a new detour bridge installed and track cut in now.
