IC 3140 and WC 2003 are in the process of switching one of Taylor's two gas plants. CN's fleet of four axel units is quite small and many are confined to the former BCR.

Here is a shot of "the grocery car", It was used to transfer food and supplies from Fort St John to Gutah camp at mile 864 of the Fort Nelson Sub. Unfortunately all but the flatcar portion was destroyed by a fire in late 2012. CN now uses a small steel container hoisted on to the back of a 10-ton hi-rail truck for deliveries to Gutah.

Sucker Hole! A little spot of sunlight finally validates my chase of CN# 936 up the Fort Nelson sub, some 759 miles north of North Vancouver. The consist included GTW 5954, GTW 5931, GTW 5947 and CN 2146.

A 10mph CP 103 creeps west along the Wilkie sub, while CN grain empties race east on the Watrous sub at 50mph.

CN's 0600 Fort St John yard is in the process of spotting "the pools" during a March snow storm. WC 2005 has since been repainted in CN colours.
