CP 2816 simmers down in Moose Jaw after a long days run, the crew, with many days ahead of them, are working hard to maintain 2816, and are servicing her for the night. This photo from April reminds me of the great time I had chasing 2816, and for the first time too. It was my first true train chase within the foam fest, and the experience was one to never forget.

Throwing it back to December 26th of 2023, here I am with Eric Fallas as we do some railfanning in the MooseJaw area. Here, CPKC 619 pulls out of MooseJaw along CPKC 445.

Simply having a wonderful Christmastime.

On the second last day of the holiday train, it rolled through southern Saskatchewan. I chased the train from Regina to Moose-jaw, Saskatchewan.

Here we are just outside of Regina, SK. CP 603 thunders past CP 112 which had just pasted a moment ago, I was ready to call it a day when I heard another train, prompting me to run back like a fool, and setup my video tripod as quickly as I could because I had just collapsed it. As soon as I got my video going I pointed my camera and took some photos, this one being my favorite as you can still see 112's rear-DPU. Another thing I found neat about this photo is you can see the grade.
