A late winter snow gingerly falls upon the CPR Goderich wayfreight, paused beneath the tell tails while the power is prepared for departure.  MLW RS3 8456 would be retired in 1983 and scrapped, while SW1200RS 8154, rebuilt to CP 1241 in 1982, would be sold to Independent Locomotive Services of Minnesota in 2012 as ILSX 932.Scan and editing by Jacob Patterson.

  4. Beautiful image! I love this angle and always wish I made it to town before CP pulled out. So glad at least the station survives today and is well used.
