To be able to do this again.... I was such a novice.. and I could have done so much better with better equipment, but at least I was there! The unicorn of the Southern Ontario Railway was all three RLK engines paired together.... it wasn't long after this that the GP20D's invaded and two of these units were parked for good and scrapped. I also had my second child not long before this (two weeks prior) I don't know how I had even the time for this, I was probably driving back from a family thing as far as I recall. Either way, this is the money light and the money engines. James Knott I hope you like this bud :)

Edit: Checking my notes from this day, I had my 2 year old in tow, coming back from my dad's place (who fed us - a welcome home cooked meal for tired people with new baby at home) and she had to be with me (in my arms) as I took these shots. Mom was at home with my newborn for sure, so it was just the two of us. Lauren called the bells "music" and really enjoyed the locomotives. I should check my notes more often!

  1. Now there’s a fun one. That’s awesome.

  2. I knew you’d like this one. I have one more useable shot from this day. The light would have been gone not long after the photo was taken, it was really low.

  3. Yeah I’m a big fan. Neat to see the lot so empty looking too, which adds to the shot for me. Cool story on the edit too.
