CN 450 rolls thru the S curve approaching Richmond Hill GO Station, With a pair of ONR SD40-2's in charge. At one point in time it was normal to just see ONR as they ran Passenger service between Toronto and Cochrane (the Northlander) was withdrawn and replaced with an augmented bus service. On August 16, 2012 the Ontario Government announced that the Northlander train service will end on September 28, 2012, now being uncommon and a rare milage run I think we did well this morning.

  1. That is kinda weird, why would CN have ONR’s locomotives?

  2. The CN power for 450 derailed in North Bay yesterday, they ended up borrowing the ONR power as a result.

  3. Great catch

  4. Now that’s sweet!
