Caption: More 60's leased foreign power: CP RS18 8798 leads a 700-series Bessemer and Lake Erie F7A unit westbound through the curves of the Galt Sub at Mile 35, climbing up the Niagara Escarpment in Milton Heights near the present-day Kelso Conservation Area. Ballast or triple hoppers make up the majority of the train, behind a classic 40' stacked lettering boxcar, a pair of "slab side" covered hoppers, a gondola and two piggyback flats on the head end.
Along with the Union Pacific FA/FB's, the B&LE F7A's and F7B's were another group of power leased by power-short CP in the 60's.

Might be the London Pickup. The head end few cars for Guelph Jct and Woodstock. The hoppers (if empty) would be for Galt interchange with GRR/LE&N for loading in Paris
