Nothing beats a veteran SD40-2 and a newer SD75i especially when they are wearing ONR paint! 2102 is looking especially shiny because it had recently returned to service after being involved in a wreck. Which locomotive do you prefer? Leave a comment explaining which one and why.

  1. As a railfan, I would say an SD-40. There’s just something about them. Especially the sound! But as a conductor, I would say the SD75. Smooth, comfortable, quiet, and lots of power. But like you said Joe, both sure do look great in ONR paint!

  2. Both look amazing in the new orange and blue paint scheme. as a rail fan, I would have to say the SD75I would be my choice.
