It was just over 16 years ago CP took on more leasers, this time a herd of old NS SD-40s. Here's a slew of them on the way up to Guelph Jct., as seen from the overpass at Old York Rd just south of Waterdown. In this consist are CP 6045, NS 3193, 3176, 3194, 3173, 1607, 1600, 1606, 1585 and 3170. Mount Hamilton is in the misty background.

  2. I agree with Ryan! My dad has a shot of a CP detour going through Copetown with a CP SD40-2 on the point and two NS high nose SD40′s trailing. This shot reminds me of it :)
