Caption: CN 450 - CN 8847 South holding back a long, heavy train of newsprint, ore concentrate, sulfuric acid and lumber from Northern Ontario during the descent into Bracebridge. CN SD70M-2's 8847 and 8839, both fresh from EMD's London, ON plant, were looking good during the winter of 2007. Since this shot was taken, CN 8847 suffered extensive damage after encountering a washout between Lempriere and Pyramid, BC on April 25th 2012 leading train 112, 8847 is currently at contractors in Illinois being evaluated for repairs. CN 8839 at the time of posting is out of Reddit, ON hauling train 114 to it's final destination of Brampton, ON.
