L551 is on the move eastward after waiting for another eastbound to clear Tansley. I believe the tanks are for RECOCHEM Inc. in Milton. The trailing unit is a former BNSF unit now stenciled CN 4959, noticeably missing identifying numbers on the side of the cab.
