A single RS23 is on the day's OSR job smoking it up as they roll by houses that flank the Speed River in downtown Guelph. These Alco's are getting harder and harder to get in active service.. get your shots while you still can. There's basically only 4 left operating in Ontario... and that might be a bit of a stretch. Any others I'm missing? Comment below.

  2. I really miss the RS23’s, always put on a good smoke show. OSR spoiled us back in the day. Glad I took the photos I did.
