At the time, the first group of cab cars (200-214) had already been rebuilt and equipped with a full-width cab (note the 2 front windows), and the second and third groups (215-223, 224-241) were undergoing rebuild, hence 233 freshly rebuilt, and 218 and 234 still waiting to lose their "ogre eye" single window look.
