An autumn 1974 prairie road trip placed me in the midst of the sugar beet harvest, with deliveries by road and rail to Canadian Sugar Factories in Taber, Alberta. Exploration of the mill site (with permission) revealed a busy railway network, including these two un-numbered GE 25-tonners s/n 29232 of 1948-01 origin and s/n 33671 of 1957-02 (not sure which is which in the photo). The CSF Picture Butte mill had another 25-tonner, a photo post planned for next week.
