Caption: Thunder Rail, a diminutive short line located in East Central Saskatchewan at the village of Arborfield, has an active roster of two MLW units. TRR 2004 is out and so presented an opportunity to photograph TRR 908, (nee Wabash Lake) in the shop building. The Thunder Rail group has recently acquired #906 (for parts) from nearby Northern Lights Railway, ensuring the 908 can remain operable for the foreseeable future.
The TRR operates 19.4 miles of the old CN Arborfield sub from Arborfield to CN Crane, with rights another 4 miles which allows it to service a grain facility on the CN Tisdale sub.

Great little Railway, very friendly and open to railfans. I had the chance to ride from Zenon Park to Arborfield back in 2019.
Nice !!! So long as we respect them and their operations, I’m hoping it all remains as such. This was our second time visiting in the past few years and of course hope to return.
