HATX GP40-2 515 is seen with CP GP9u 8247 at CP’s Toronto Yard preparing to head to the diesel shop. At the time, CP had a large group of Helm Financial Corporation units leased as part of their rapidly expanding mid-90’s lease fleet. GP40-2 515, was former Boston & Maine 311, which later went on to become Ontario Northland Railway 2200 in 2005.
