Caption: On May 5, 2024, the TH&B Historical Society departed from the Waterloo Central Farmer's Market Station in St. Jacobs at 1:00pm for a train ride to Elmira. We had two run pasts on the return trip just south of Elmira. Arriving at the Waterloo Central shops, we all detrained for a presentation by the general manager Bob Fallowfield on the operations and future plans for the railroad. Coffee and doughnuts were supplied by the TH&B Historical Society. Hats, shirts and memorabilia were on sale and a raffle was held for various items. Proceeds from the member donations was presented to the Waterloo Central in thanks for their hospitality. A group photo was taken with a TH&B caboose as the backdrop. All aboard again to return to the Farmers Market Station for 4:00pm.
