Caption: There's no shortage of power on this southbound: CP SD40-2's 5791, 5720, SD40 5526, 5661 and another unknown '40 lead train #300 past the station at Medonte, as the operator gives a wave to the head end crew. The track to the left is the old CP Port McNicoll Sub, that lead to Port McNicoll and Midland via some running rights over CN's Midland Sub. Traffic up front is a sold grain train consist of Canada, Saskatchewan and Alberta government cylindrical covered hoppers.

Spent many an hour there Dan, grew up in Midland and this was my favorite spot,
Now there is only one shed and the main to SuDbury.
I think I might have one of yours from here Mike, I’ll have to check my slide box. It looked like it was neat location in its prime
