This stunningly captured scene just showed up in the Favourites banner.
I have a question: Are the siding switches on the Mactier sub powered, and if so, by the RTC or the train crew ? The reason I ask is that the approaching train is northbound and is to clear the main track, but the siding switch is stilled lined for the main. Thanks in advance for any info that can be provided.
