At what was once a favourite location for shooting VIAs, because they stopped at Burlington West's old Freeman station; here is an image of dinner-hour train #79. It usually was a bit smaller than the #75 that was the premier westbound of the day, but this is pretty good as well. VIA 6780, 6627 waiting out passengers on a really nice early evening many years ago. The 6780; she has been preserved, still running on the Cuyahoga Valley based in Independence, Ohio.

  1. Nice shot. The two tail end cars look interesting.
