In a scene that would be unrecognizable to railfans who haven't been to Wellington Tower in Montreal recently, VIA 60 is passing Wellington Tower (completely blocked off by the REM right of way at right) as an REM test train passes overhead. In the distance are fairly new signals located at the location formerly known as Cape.
