  2. The goofy things going on this picture. The front door being open, which leads to, those silly doors. The man door was not usually a problem, the cable hatches were another story. It was a great day when all 3 doors were closed. I could include the tool box door is open by the fuel tank. Lastly, the signal flags. No material except the piece around the stick, flapped to death and walked on in the cab how many times. :-)
    The one thing I really do notice in these old photos is the near total absence of graffiti.

  7. It’s good to hear the 9171 is enjoying retired life. :-) I went and checked the ECRM website and it has been happily staying there since 2009. I also see it has good company with CP 8921.
