Owen, great picture of “branch line” railroading, a classical small town scene with a historical GP9 rumbling by the local feed store, so much colour from yellow dandelions to the blue sky and the colourful ONR paint scheme – can’t get much better than that ! Glad to hear it was a long train filled with passengers. May YDHR have a successful and prosperous 2023 season. Thanks for the picture, John
Ever since I heard of 1603′s position on the south end of the train, I had this shot in mind to capture the “small town feel” of Uxbridge. Everything is blossoming into life and colour this time of year so I seized the chance to grab this shot. Here’s to a better year than last on the YDHR!
