Caption: Port Colborne's Canal Days is an annual event held over the civic holiday weekend (Aug. 4 - 7, 2000 - exact day approximate) celebrating the Welland Canal and the prosperity it has brought to the town and Niagara Region. During the early years of Trillium's Port Colborne Harbour Railway, short excursions were held using ALCO C-425 6101, ALCO S1 308, and coaches from the Medina Railroad Museum in New York. Here, 6101 is seen along Park Street just west of Catharine Street.
