Caption: In a rather bucolic scene, daily CN train #410 races eastward. This view is from the Governor's Rd overpass. The location is rather clogged with foliage these days, making photos like this rather difficult; and worse, is the traffic on Governor's Rd compared to 35 years ago. Tight squeeze, no sidewalk, no parking area all that close. But, this day everything fell into place and I was able to grab CN 9457, 5061, 51xx, 5046, 2336 and 5080 running east in the morning. This train often had an abundance of power.

Nice photo, but you obscured the Hot Box Detector bungalow with that lead unit.
Have you any idea how sorry I am? )
Aww the good old days when CN didn’t care about HPT and just put lots of power on the trains. No dynamic brakes either. I can just smell the brake shoes as it descends Copetown Hill. Another winner! AW
Great photo Arnold.
