Thanks for sharing this First954 ! Based on yesterday’s comments, I’m guessing this was 718 spotting their empty train for the return trip to Uhthoff. It’s funny how it got routine (dare I say, boring) to see three GP40-2W’s on what seemed like every train back then.

@Aitch..ding ding, you are correct sir. This is where 718/719 left their trains for the respective crews.
Yes, even though the GP40-2W were everywhere, they were awesome to operate, especially where you had 5 of them in the consist like on the ore train 730/731
