Matthew, that’s not entirely true. 6 axle power is only prohibited on the Chippewa Spur. Montrose and CASO are allowed in single unit consists. Info from the the latest TT
The only thing that would make this photo better would be the conductor peering out the rear port hole.
Wow! A red barn running long hood forward. Too bad it wasn’t remote control where the Engineer could operate from the deck sitting on a lawn chair. Or perhaps the Conductor could.
