  1. Beautiful colours on the F7’s, a “fallen flag” that is missed. Too bad NS didn’t keep the two tome grey and blue (instead of going with “ugh” black). Thanks for posting, John

  2. Great photo. Nice and clean looking N&W units. They must have sounded nice working their way up the escarpment.

  4. Back in the days when railroad crews really took care of their territory! Vegetation well under control, ballast sections groomed to perfection, joint bars well oiled, and the pole line nice and straight. Great colours on the N&W power. I like that crawler crane first up behind CN 4520. :-)

  5. Amazing shot. And look at the old roadbridge back where the concrete walkbridge is now.

  6. The date is Mar 24-67, the train is Toronto Yard-Sarnia 307.
