Caption: Almost every railfan was out for the arrival of CP 230 with its four nice green passengers headed to the east coast and after an interesting trip to Wolverton, it finally made its way east. I was standing on the bank patiently waiting listening to the scanner and heard CP 137 get a clearance with the "after CP 8171 clears'. I didn't think much of it until After about 20 minutes nothing had shown. I heard the horn for CP 230 in the distance at the 14th concession and then heard on scanner 8073 West calling out Guelph Junction. I immediately thought CP 137 was going to block me out of CP 130. The headlight for CP 230 appeared at Mountsberg road and the headlight of CP 137 rounded the bend at Twiss. Luckily CP 137 was slowing for the red signal at the junction so I managed to get my shots. I put the camera through a sumac tree and caught the good part of the meet through the tree. CP 8073 with CP 8623, (CP 137) glides past the quartet of NBS 6407, EM 6408, MN6409 and EM 6411.

Sometime freezing pays off too. Thanks guys
Geez. Talk abut a close call. If you had been snookered I probably would have heard you swearing down here in Grimsby.
If Mooney was there, I’m sure you would have been snookered!
OUCH !!!
