Based on my research, Wayne bought out Mr. Dingman with help of the Grand Erie Business Centre in 2003 and as a result, NYLE took their stuff home and Wayne had to find his own motive power. Partnerships often end up like this unless they take on more shareholders, but that dilutes ownership. All this changed when GIO started taking ownership of Trillium, and now the Ettinger’s are no longer involved in the business, hence Trillium’s third era under GIO.
Thanks for the clarity Steve!
It was sent to the Oil Creek & Titusville Railroad. And earlier this year was actually re-painted once again in new OCTL colours.
OC&T is owned by the Dingman’s..!
