Caption: All Aboard! means get back on the train it's about to leave! This young man from Spain who was travelling to Churchill, among many other to unique places around the world, ran past me on the platform at The Pas to make his way back up to the economy coaches after he heard the call. It's now 06:38 and you can still see the fog ahead of the engines on VIA 693. Knowing the headend crew was still out on the platform I knew there was still time to grab a few more shots. Even though the lighting wasn't the greatest, I knew I had to grab whatever photos I could because visits to The Pas, MB are few and far between.

Very nice series of shots on your Churchill trip!
These are great photos. It’s always admirable to get train shots in these seldom photographed regions.
Thanks for the kind comments. I snapped as many photos as I could at these remote and rarely captured locations in the hopes that a few would be acceptable to the site. Without being too repetitive, I hope to post a few more from this trip for everyone’s enjoyment.
Have always wondered what The Pas railway station looked like, and now thanks to your early rise we all know. Must have been a high maintenance truck or very large baggage pick up truck on the platform to bend the metal station sign. Thank you for posting these enjoyable pictures. John
Have a look here John for a view from the other end of the station and an undamaged station name sign;
