CNR U-1-b 6022 pauses at Allandale with daily except Sunday, North Bay to Toronto train 44.  Arriving at 1624h, the train will hold for 16 minutes, departing at 1640, with final arrival at Union Station at 1910h.   1. Very nice picture Jacob. CNR train 44 will be boarding connecting passengers who arrived from Meaford and Collingwood destined for Toronto and some of the detraining passengers will board D1-C1-C2 for Georgetown, Hamilton and in between points. Connecting passenger train service was impressive in those days. As an example passengers travelling south from North on 44 could connect in Toronto with overnight trains to Montreal, Chicago and New York. Such a shame and step backward that this passenger network has been completely dismantled over the decades. Thanks for posting, John
