GO Transit EMD's: Class GC-430f, geared for 83 m.p.h.


   Acquired 1982 from the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific, EMD 1967 built GP40-M-2's await the next assignment 


   GO 720 to 726 active on the GO roster until 1993-94 then traded to EMD for the F59PH's #562-568; 


   EMD resold all seven to LLPX, numbered in the 3203 and up series.

  2. One of my favourite locomotives to operate. They were awesome pullers (noisy) but man could they accelerate quickly!
