9 years ago today (March 30, 2013), the local CP transfer (T69 or T78) is westbound at Orrs Lake Hill just west of Cambridge, ON. A trio of matching GP38-2s were this day's power (3041-3032-3038) as a fellow railfanner (and good friend) gets his shot atop his vehicle. This year, as I'm writing this, there is still about 2 ft. of snow on the ground where I am.

  1. Nice shot. Blenheim Rd should be open by the end of May officially, but they appear to be ahead of that

  2. Thanks Dave. Hopefully I’ll be able to check it out for a nice westbound.

  3. Snow’s gone here finally. Kevin where are you now?
