CP T17 is nearly finished all of their work in Area H as they run light power back to another lead (and the rest of their train). After spending 3 hours working Battenfeld, Brenntag, and Polytainers, T17 treats us to the unobstructed shot of CP 3004, an uncommon GP38AC. CPs GP38AC fleet is dwindling as more and more units get put into storage or are outright retired so this was a nice find. On top of that, 3004 is usually covered in oil. I'll pass a "thank you" to the people who clean it time and time again. Happy Birthday to me :)

  1. Very nice! A personal favourite locomotive

  2. Thanks Marcus! It definitely looks great (especially when clean)!

  3. Amazing how the high rises are encroaching on this bit of industrial property

  4. Yeah, they’re located a little over 1 kilometer away from this spot and literally across the train tracks from industrial Etobicoke.
