CN M369 rounds the curve at mileage 198, by the Napanee station in its original Grand Trunk Railroad structure. Leading 369 is 3023, which is painted in tribute to the former Elgin Joliet & Eastern Railroad, which CN now owns all the rights to. 369 is about 20ish miles to Belleville, where the Montreal crew will do a crew change, and give the rest of the run to a new crew taking the train to Toronto’s Mac Yard.

  1. Great photo Jake! So hard to photograph Napanee sometimes, as its situated right on the curve. But you captured this well. I have lots of family in the area, and my Grandpa used to take my brother and I to the station almost every time we came for a visit. Wonderful memories….thanks for sharing!

  2. Oh, thats a beaut, Jake. GREAT shot.
