Michael and Paul Higgins Jr. enjoy the view from their family's private car, the Mother Parker's "Pacific" as they wave at railfans all down the line. Such a lovely picture. I hope you will be able to at least send the Higgin’s family a framed photo like this picture you took. As a gift thanking them for coming North and sharing their beloved ‘Pacific’ with us and also as a thanks for their support in backing us in our stand to keep the ONR here in the North and pubic hands. Again, Judy and Wayne, picture perfect.
