After sitting in Mactier for around 28 hours, CMQ 9021 & CP 5750 are the power of BAL-07 and are seen here paused briefly while the conductor sets the switch into the siding at Buckskin for a meet with 113. There was originally hope at catching this train in sunlight as they were ordered at Mactier at 1400 for their trip south, but unknown events lead to it not departing until well after 4, meaning basically no sun for the entirety of their journey. Nonetheless, it was still a fun afternoon/evening of hunting!

  1. Those are great looking number boards! :) I didn’t realise CMQ just painted over the original CP boards. Neat detail.
