  1. Great shot and admirable dedication to be out on a night like that !

  2. thanks! 549 certainly takes some night time perseverance to go for!

  3. What time Liam? I live just up Runnymede from the yard office. Great work!

  4. Unless L549 dies at Lambton, then you have a daylight shot :)

  5. Brad, this was taken at 0145 hours. Thanks!

  6. @Steve, In the summer months they can be a sunrise Lambton departure if they get held up by enough CP traffic. I would love to see one leave in full daylight though.

  7. I shot one last winter when the blockades were in full effect and CP was detouring CN traffic over the weston sub.

They seemed to happen about once a week at that time… (Feb 2020)

  8. Really nice night photo Liam.

  9. Terrific!
And how the CP CN interchange locations have evolved from Parkdale, then Cherry Street, then Leaside (yes ex CNoR Leaside)….

  10. @sdfourty oh but how sweet it would be if interchange still happened at Leaside and Cherry Street.. I’d be in heaven. Thanks!
