Caption: Taken at one of my favourite railfanning spots on the Galt Sub, a westbound CP stack train led by AC440CW #9736 is about to pass through the hamlet of Drumbo, ON on a gorgeous fall afternoon in 2008. I'm curious as to when double stack trains stopped using this portion of the Galt Sub after 2008. Currently, the only containers to be seen on any train on this portion of the Galt Sub are on trains 234 and 235, intermixed with other freight. There are currently no dedicated intermodal trains which use the Galt Sub west of Guelph Jct. Hopefully, in the future, these types of trains can return. There needs to be more traffic on the line!
