There was a definite buzz in the air. It appeared that after making its initial cross country trips, "Every Child Matters" 8757 had joined the regular power pool and might be on 254-255 for a while. That dream ended when 8757 died between London and Wolverton. Almost as interesting though, GP38-2's 3033, 3063, and 3040 along with 8834 took 254 to at least Welland. It was fun while it lasted. Who knows when it will be back.
