    Awesome pic…i can smell (yes trains do have a smell) those Alcos just looking at this photo. I was lucky enough to be a brakeman/conductor while these units were in service. I wish I had taken more photos :-(

    An AMC Pacer and a Ford Maverick, two highlights of the mid 70′s. Note the size of the 5 mph bumpers on the Maverick.
