CP 246 slows as it approaches the River Road crossing outside of Welland Ontario with military tribute 7021 leading the way. 7021 has been flipping back and fourth on 246/247 over the past week and has offered many opportunities for railfans to get their pictures! Storms were rolling into Southern Ontario on this afternoon making for some dramatic lighting.

    I think it’s over a year now they have been heading south. Being stored in Buffalo while a new Shell facility is being built in Pennsylvania.
