Winter 2014 was a doozey, and 2015 proved to be almost as good, with plow trains running a couple times a month by both OSR and GEXR, you'd just read the weather, head to salford, and the always inviting Ontario Southland folks were more than OK with a few cameras around - and there were always a few cameras around. While waiting for the plow to be ready to depart,I was wandering the grounds where I found this scene showing three generations of CPR logos in a single photo: 1920's, 1970's, and 2000's. The GP38 was in for work as ZTR was leasing space in the Salford shop to work on some CP units and a couple dozen made the rounds over the years.

Here's the action shot taken 40 minutes later at around 10 AM. The wait was not long and the snow was fluffy, light, and beautiful. One of the best days for a plow I've ever shot.
