The fledgling GEXR was barely 3 months old when this image was taken. Northward GEXR 179 and 180 with a small train pass the Hensall-Exeter Co-op on the way back to Goderich on a quiet weekday afternoon. Slow track speeds made this a leisurely "chase".

  1. This is awesome, although I believe this is south of Exeter instead of Hensall, that green co-op is a small operation on kirkton road.

  2. Thanks, Josh. I had forgotten. :o )

  3. Great image! Miss those old Geep’s!

  4. This is just (one crossing) south of exeter. I was there a month ago. The scene has not changed other than the tracks have not seen a train in a good long time, 10 years? Tracks are still in place though.
