Well, having a nice mid-afternoon "dinner" at a favourite place in Kitchener does not excuse the Sidekick from being stuck helping out when I feel the need to stop at Burlington West on the way back to St. Catharines. Since there was a nice meal involved, obligation to help out with the photos is almost mandatory. :o) In this late Sunday afternoon view at Burlington West; a westbound off the Halton features CN 4006, 4013, 5532, 9633 and another GP40-2 that I was unable to decipher when I got home since I had a bad habit of writing numbers down on my hand as trains pass. It would be in less than a year the leading pair of GP40s would be renumbered to the 9300 series. Already forty years ago.

  1. You’d have to have an extra pair of hands to write down the unit numbers. Although Mr Mooney you had a nice ‘Wing man’ with you there. ;)

  2. I never saw her around the station.I spend a lot of time there

  3. It was hit and miss there, BEM’r. I was not a fan of that location like so many guys were. We spent lots of time at Bayview though. In the Junction with the lawn chairs out. So thats why you did not see that faithful trouper. :o )
